RETURNS & REFUNDS

Return Eligibility

Eligible return requests must be raised within 10 days of delivery, subject to WOONOW's return policy.

Any damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect product must be reported to WOONOW customer support within 48 hours of delivery, along with supporting photographs or an unboxing video and the original packaging.

Eligibility

Due to the nature of our products, returns are not accepted for change of mind.
Returns or replacements may be considered for products that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Products must be reported with their original packaging and supporting photographs or an unboxing video. Opened or used products are not eligible for return unless the issue is verified and approved by WOONOW.
Where a replacement is approved, availability may affect whether a replacement or refund is provided.

Refund Processing

Once the returned product has been received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Refund Method

Refunds for prepaid orders will be issued to the original payment method wherever possible. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, an approved refund will be arranged through bank transfer or UPI, subject to verification.

Return Shipping Cost

For approved returns involving damaged, defective, or incorrect products, WOONOW will bear the return shipping cost or arrange the appropriate pickup. Returns for other reasons are not accepted under this policy.
